Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not process orders on weekends. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe only. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier or customs processing delays.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fee ranges from $30-$59 depending on your location.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated.

Order confirmation and Notification

- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

- Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will follow.

- When your order is ready for in-store pickup, you will be notified via text message or phone call. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect your order.

Processing Time

- All domestic orders are processed within 1- 3 business days.

- We do not process orders over the weekend or public holidays.

- Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up is available at Gifts & Beauty Bazaar, Floor 1, Shop 15, City Mall, Victoria, Mahe.

- Pickup Days : Monday to Friday.

- Pickup Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays).

- Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, you will receive a pickup notification via text message. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order, as early pickups cannot be accommodated.
