INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (REST OF THE WORLD)

From our tropical home in Seychelles, we ship worldwide with care and attention to every detail.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not process orders on weekends. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-6 business days.

Tracking: Please visit the DHL Express website on the link below and enter the tracking number provided to you https://www.dhl.com/sc-en/home/tracking.html.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. 

Aimée Swim is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN SEYCHELLES ONLY)

Aimée Swim offers delivery to Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue, as well as  in-store pickup at our stockist location.

Order confirmation and Notification

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will follow.
  • When your order is out for delivery or ready for in-store pickup, you will be notified via text message or phone call. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect your order or expecting delivery.

Processing Time

  • All domestic orders, whether for delivery or in-store pickup are processed within 1- 3 business days.
  • We do not process orders over the weekend or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up is available at Gifts & Beauty Bazaar, Floor 1, Shop 15, City Mall, Victoria, Mahe.

  • Pickup Days : Monday to Friday.
  • Pickup Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, you will receive a pickup notification via text message. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order, as early pickups cannot be accommodated.

Domestic Delivery - Mahe Island

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery Hours:  9 AM – 4 PM.

You will receive a text message or phone call when your order is out for delivery. Please wait for this notification before expecting delivery.

Domestic Delivery - Praslin & La Digue

  • Orders to Praslin and La Digue are shipped via Cat Cocos.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Following this, we will contact you directly via text or call with your Cat Cocos ticket reference and the ferry time on which your order has been sent.
  • You will need this information to collect your order from the Cat Cocos office on your respective island.

Please wait for this notification before attempting collection, as your package will only be available once the ticket reference has been issued.
