We hope you love your Aimée Swim order as much as we love creating for you! 

We will happily accept returns on full priced items provided that the items meet the following conditions:

  1. It is in the same condition that it was delivered to you including the original packaging.
  2.  It has not been worn, damaged or used. 
  3. All labels, tags and hygiene liners are still attached and in place. 
  4.  There are no marks, rips, stains on the swimwear or resort wear. 
  5. The return is shipped back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to refuse requests for returns if we determine at our sole discretion that the items do not meet our return conditions.

When you receive your Aimée Swim order:

  1. Try on the ordered item(s) over underwear for hygiene purposes.
  2. Do not remove any tags and labels and hygiene liners until you are entirely happy with the fit.
  3. If there are unwanted items, please ensure that the above conditions are met and submit a request for a return.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

Domestic Orders (Within Seychelles)

  1. Ensure the above return conditions are met. 
  2. Package all returnable items with the labels, tags hygiene liners still attached in the original packaging. 
  3. Complete the returns form received with your order. 
  4. Send us an email on info@aimeeswim.com with your request within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will provide further instructions and contact you. 

International Orders (Rest of the World)

  1. Ensure the above return conditions are met. 
  2. Package all returnable items with the labels, tags hygiene liners still attached in the original packaging. 
  3. Complete the returns form received with your order.
  4. Ship the returnable items within 14 calendar days of receipt to our address found on our returns form included with your orderWe recommend you use a tracked service for shipping and keep the information with you. 
  5. Send us an email on info@aimeeswim.com to inform us of your return request and provide us with the tracking number of your shipment. 

Note:  All returns should be shipped out at your own expense. Kindly note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels. We are not responsible for lost parcels being returned to us. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RETURN AN ITEM(S)

  1.  Once we receive the item (s), we will send you an email confirming receipt.
  2. We will process the return within 2-4 working days and advise on whether your request has been approved.
  3. Subject to approval, returns are eligible for a full refund to the original purchasers payment method on the item purchase price excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  4. The returned amount will reflect in your account within 10 working days depending on your bank processing time. 
  5. Any item(s) which do not meet our returns conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to you. We will inform you accordingly. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this point in time . If you would like another size, please return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order.

FINAL SALE

Sale items are final sale. Requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. This includes sale items purchased with an additional coupon code.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
