Returns conditions and eligibility
We will happily accept returns on full priced items provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, with packaging included
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- All labels, tags, and hygiene liners must remain attached
- No marks, stains, or signs of wear
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased from a stockist, please return the item to them.
Please contact us to request a return and ensure items are shipped back within 30 days of your order date.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse requests for returns if we determine at our sole discretion that the items do not meet our return conditions.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this point in time due to stock fluctuations . If you would like another size, please return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Sale items
Sale items, including those purchased with an additional coupon code, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Gifts cards do not expire.
Trying on your items
When you receive your Aimée Swim order:
- Try on the ordered item(s) over underwear for hygiene purposes.
- Do not remove any tags and labels and hygiene liners until you are entirely happy with the fit.
- If there are unwanted items, please ensure that the above conditions are met and submit a request for a return.
How to submit a return
International Orders (Rest of the World)
- Ensure the return conditions above are met.
- Repack all returnable items with labels, tags, and hygiene liners intact, using the original packaging.
- Complete the returns form received with your order.
- Ship the returnable items within 30 days.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking information.
- Email us at info@aimeeswim.com to inform us of your return request and provide us with the tracking number of your shipment.
Domestic Orders (Within Seychelles)
- Ensure the return conditions above are met.
- Repack all returnable items with labels, tags, and hygiene liners intact, using the original packaging.
- Complete the returns form received with your order.
- Send us an email on info@aimeeswim.com with your request within 21 calendar days of delivery of your order and we will provide further instructions and contact you.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Pre-paid return labels are not provided.
- Kindly note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please keep your tracking number and proof of postage. If you encounter any issues, please contact your chosen courier for assistance.
Customs and duties
Please note that the recipient is solely responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to international orders. Aimée Swim is not responsible or liable for any such fees, taxes, or duties.
These charges are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and are beyond our control.
If you have any questions regarding customs or duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Returns processing
- Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt.
- Inspection & Processing: We will inspect the returned items and process your return within 1-3 business days. We will inform you whether your return request has been approved based on the inspection.
- Refunds: If approved, returns are eligible for a full refund of the item purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Timing: The refunded amount will appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the store currency USD ($). If you paid in a different currency, the refunded amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and your bank’s conversion policies. This is beyond our control.
- Non-eligible Returns: Items not meeting our return conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to you. We will notify you accordingly.
